Not Flat Commercial Tire

Enrique was absolutely amazing! As soon as he was on his way, he texted me to let me know his ETA. He worked quickly and did a great job making sure we were safely back on the road in a timely manner. We were trailering our car from Florida to Kentucky when both tires on the passenger side of our U-Haul trailer popped. Enrique came out, kept us updated throughout the entire process, and went above and beyond by replacing all four tires to make sure we could continue our trip safely. Honestly, 10/10 experience with Enrique. He was professional, quick, and genuinely cared about getting us back on the road. I would absolutely recommend him anytime! Unfortunately, we didn’t have the best experience with U-Haul overall, but that’s a separate issue. Enrique himself was GREAT! 🙌

Enrique reached out immediately confirming my location and was on-site within 30 minutes of my call. Upon arrival he evaluated not only the one tire that blew out but the other as well. He determined he was changing both trailer tires just as I was starting to ask him about that possibility. He didn't feel comfortable letting us get back on the road in the condition it was on. He pulled both tires and changed everything out in about 30-45min and had is back on the road. He was outstanding, courteous and professional. If you are ever in need he is the guy to call, I can't thank him enough!

I Rented a Uhaul trailer and one of the tires blew out on the highway. They don’t come with a spare so I had to get some roadside assistance. Enrique was there within 30 minutes and not only changed out the blown tire, but also the other one because it was also over 5 years old and badly dry rotted. He ensured my daughter and I had a worry free trip the rest of the way because of his amazing service. I would 100% recommend him.

I completed a quote form on Sunday afternoon for two 295 75r x 22.5 steer tires 16 ply. Much to my surprise Enrique called me with a price on Sunday evening, He found the tires and had me meet him at 9:00 am Monday for the install. He was great to deal with, super knowledgeable on everything tires. I highly recommend Not Flat Tire!
